Changes apply prospectively. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by applicable law. Changes to these Terms do not amend a separate signed agreement unless that agreement permits it.

12 Separate agreements and remaining provisions

If a separate agreement between you and AIC Futures conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for its subject matter.

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
